"First time at this property and we really like it. Staff were all welcoming. They were polite and were friendly. Love the amenities at the pool (they had drinking water and suntan lotion at the pool for you). Also loving the chair and towels on the beach. You had to pay extra for umbrella, but chair and towels are included. 3-person 2 full size bed for one night cost $426. A bit expensive but you paid for quality property to stay in. Would surely come back to Loews. "

"We were a few hours early for check in. We were going to leave our bags with the concierge, but the really sweet girl who checked us in found 2 rooms available right then. They were SO BUSY with large groups, yet she still took the time to get us in early. Very generous! "
