"The concierge Frank was really good. He spoke good English which really helped us out. He suggested excellent restaurants and arranged transportation to them as well. Both meals were fantastic. He also arranged for hotel shuttle to take us to bus depot upon our departure. The hotel was really well located in the historic area. Definitely walkable to all tge highlights. A wonderful stay and will stay there again when we are in Guadalajara. "

There are so many activities to do everyday. We loved the aqua zumba especially. I recommend this resort to any first time visitors to Cancun. "
