"I checked in solo two days earlier than a group I was going to meet. As I had requested, the hotel was able to keep me in the same room for the duration of my visit, which was very convenient. The staff at reception and housekeeping have been very friendly, helpful, and always follow up on any requests. The hotel is charming and very clean with a large breakfast buffet. They even changed out the chair in my room so I would have something more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The adjacent restaurant is very convenient and has a great menu."

"Staff was super helpful and kind…especially since they were packed full with Marathoners. Great breakfast buffet each morning and nice downtown location. Portions of the hotel is under restructuring with scaffolding on mountain side but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the “wellness” parts of the hotel (pool, etc). Enjoyed it and would stay a gain. They should probably offer reduced pricing considering the construction but IF they are selling out then probably don’t have to."
