"This was a one bedroom studio apartment. The condition of the apartment was not great. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator - about which we are not informed about at the time of booking. Imagine carrying 4 suitcases to the 4th floor. The appartment gets direct sun and there were no fans. It got very very hot in the day time. This apartment is built in attic and we kept on bumping our heads. Avoid this place, if you can."

"The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). The 2 rooms on the middle floor have sinks, which reduces the load on the 2 bathrooms. Some of the rooms overlook the street, which is cool, but be prepared for road noise at night, so bring earplugs. If you visit when it's hot outside, there isn't any AC, so you'll need...

"My favorite part of staying at the Hey Hotel guesthouse was the staff. They were very welcoming and were ready to answer any questions we had about the area. They were very helpful when it came to storing our luggage after check out and calling a taxi for us. My least favorite thing was the room had no air conditioning. I did not realize this when I booked the room. I sleep hot so not a great thing for me. The bed was comfortable though. "
