The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. "The property is nicely located,beautiful, clean and good staff in the hotel are very helpful. the problem is luck of transportation, to get a bus you have to wait between 45min to 60min if you are lucky. To get a taxi from Naples to the hotel, you get charge double price because it is different regions to Naples. For that's location is better to rent a car or scooter to be able to visit around and don't worry about how to get back to the hotel . Overall we had great holiday and nice people's...

"The best thing about this property is the shower. The walls are so thin we could hear the disruptive neighbour going to the bathroom. It smelt awful, no parking as advertised and breakfast was prepackaged. Don’t waste you’re money staying here!!"

"Had a lovely stay at Artis Mare, situated right on the coast and offering sea views from the room. The staff here are lovely, I was surprised that housekeeping was provided every day, having stayed at much more expensive hotels worldwide where this is no longer a reality. Artis Mare, despite being a BnB offer great in room facilities such as a reasonably priced mini bar and complimentary nespresso machine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will be back. "

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."

"Positioned close to the beach and the railway station, the location appeared to be very good but with a room on top of a very busy road and roundabout, the noise didn't let up. Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. What really makes this a two-star though even for its bargain price is the fact that they lock the hotel up at 1:00 a.m. and then do not reopen it until 8:30 a.m. I wanted to go out for breakfast but was...

"Very nice property. Beautiful view from the large window. Staff was accommodating, property is a bit of a hike from the train but not too bad. Walking distance to the beach with restaurants to choose from. Downtown Napoli is about a 30 min train ride. I would stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb in the city. "

"There is a grocery store right across the street and a pizzeria "attached" to the hotel. We had to go to a pharmacy and it was only 8 minutes away, a quick walk. The continental breakfast was good, croissants, juice, coffee, fruit, and pastries provided. There were also cold cuts that we didn't try but others were eating. There is a mini bar in the room but we didn't open it for fear of getting charged lol. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The smart TV was great so that we could log in the various apps on our own account to watch (Netflix, Disney, Amazon). Our checkin/check out was smooth. I would stay here again."

"While I did not have a mainly negative experience, I found there to be a couple of issues that impacted on my stay. The facilities from what I experienced would make the hotel more of a 3 star than 4, I found the interior to be a little tired. The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather. Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect "
