"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

The communication from the host was excellent and they were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. "Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."
