The room and bathroom have a good size, with a terrace and are nice/well kept; the staff is very helpful and totally makes you feel welcomed. The only cons (which were not really an issue for us) are that it doesn't have a restaurant and the entrance to the building isn't the nicest; still, we had a very good experience with this hotel. "

"We opted for airport transfer and that was well worth it. The hotel is only 50 meters from Via Toledo. Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room. Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be. With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience. Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento. "

"How often do you have the opportunity to stay in a palace? This was absolutely amazing. For us, a once in a lifetime experience! We visited Napoli in January, so the weather was comfortable and the museums were not crowded. The Palace is historic. Garibaldi greeted crowds in the piazza outside in 1861 while standing on the balcony of the room which is now where you have a delicious breakfast. "Our stay was amazing. The communication from the hosts was helpful and timely. Finding the hotel was a bit challenging, but once we found it, we were welcomed very warmly and with lots of helpful information. Our room was incredible. It had an incomparable view, spacious area, great lighting and temperature control, and had a good size bathroom as well. I would recommend this gem to anyone visiting Napoli. It’s clean, interesting, special, and feels very private despite being so central. "

"Very close to main attractions in Napoli and good room. Nice receiving us.However this place is difficult to reach and definitively very uncomfortable access stair. Lift for luggage has a key and access to key not available when leaving. This is just a nice clean room in an excellent location, but does not qualify as a hotel, B&B and Hotels.com shall notify on their site that accesibility is through a very narrow and steep stairway. Does not qualify for a 10, at most an 8."
