"Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "

"5 Stars – A Hidden Gem by the Airport! We had a fantastic stay at Bay Landing Hotel near the San Francisco Airport! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful and inviting atmosphere—something you don’t often find so close to a major airport. Our room was spacious, elegant, immaculately clean, and incredibly quiet, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style. Despite its proximity to SFO, we experienced no noise issues, and the surrounding area felt surprisingly calm and pleasant. One of the highlights was the prompt and reliable shuttle service. The driver was incredibly helpful, especially with all our luggage, and got us to the airport quickly and stress-free. It made our departure smooth and easy—exactly what you hope for when traveling. Inside and out, we felt welcomed and at ease. Whether relaxing in our room, enjoying the cozy lobby, or taking in the view of the nearby bay, every part of our stay felt thoughtful and well-maintained. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll absolutely stay again next time we’re flying through SFO. Highly recommended!"
