"Room was clean. A little worn. Floor was coming apart and had a bubble by the bed. Was very disappointed in the parking situation. I'm disabled and there was no handicap parking let alone any parking space anywhere close to our room which was up stairs and no elevator. We had to park at a business down from the hotel and walk back to our room. There needs to be numbered and handicap parking. The staff were nice, but the parking and the stairs may keep us from ever going back."

"I’m giving this place 5 stars, not for luxurious furnishings or a giant pool, but because it is clean, rooms have been recently remodeled and the bed with a memory foam mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The employee staffing the front desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. Parking was a little crowded but adequate. TV had Dish Network but no ability to cast from your phone or stream anything, but that actually helped us to get out of the room and see more of Monterey. 10/10...
