"This hotel is a 5 star hotel with amazing rooms, bathrooms, and views. The Aurora sky lounge is impeccable with a great pool, view of the city, service, and dining options. We also had free breakfast on our last day in the lobby."

"The service is what makes this hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Pool, halls, breakfast just amazing. At the spa i had the best massage of all time. The bed was comfy as was the shower but they seemed a bit rundown. Peeling wallpaper and chipped wood/paint. Breakfast buffet was great. The pool area was amazing. A really nice hotel."

"Wow this was a very fancy hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and super clean. The view was also gorgeous, especially at night! The gym was also fantastic. The restaurants were fantastic, especially Iza. A bit pricey but worth it. "

"It's is a nice new hotel a bit of a trek from the city center. I love the modern look and feel. The large open spaces are wonderful. The hotel is at the top of an office building. The main downside is that there is almost nowhere to do any work at a laptop in comfort. The room does not have a desk, just a small table next to a couch along the wall. The staff were lovely. The food was okay The pasta was great, but the Club Sandwich was not. Prices are fair. Would I go there again? I'm...

"Very clean and nice people! But it seems like not everyone knows about all amendities. Does the Club house close at 10pm, 11pm, or open by request? All different answers from different workers. The Front Desk did not seem to want to help us utilize it. It was booked all night on entire stay. Location was inconvenient. Had to make a drive over the bridge all the time. "The room and location are excellent but the hotel has some silly rules and is set up for maximum surveillance of guests. The receptionists can be very intrusive and they know things they shouldn't. They must have cameras everywhere."
