"Black mold growing everywhere. Booked me into RS Guest House II, then switched my hotel to one with no windows or patio. The smell was terrible, the sheets were ripped and dirty. No ventilation in the bathroom."

"I stayed the night and it was lovely. Staff were very kind and friendly. It's a budget guest house not a 5 star hotel, thus the accommodation is not bad for the price. Particularly, if you're looking for an overnight stay before onwarding to your next destination. The room I stayed in was huge and comfortable. I had two king size beds all to myself. "It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before."

"It’s not a hotel. It’s some guy running a scam. He offers converted apartment rooms for rent, but he’s not there so you cannot check in. There’s guards at the front door, but there’s no reception Area or check-in provided. And Hotels.com won’t give you a refund. And the travel insurance doesn’t work."

"This was unfortunately one of our worst stays in Southeast Asia in over two months of traveling so far. Just about everything was unsatisfactory. The stench from the toilet/bathroom was nauseating and would literally wake you up in the middle of the night it was so strong; there was a HUGE ant problem, to where they were in our bed, in our packs, crawling on us as we use the bathroom, etc.; there was loud noise intermittently throughout the night so that getting more than a few hours of sleep...

"It didnt exist. The hotel is now only a bar. After traveling 27 hours I had no room!! When I booked this room the Travelocity booking agent called the hotel to confirm our late check in. I think they should have mentioned that the number was changed over a year ago. The owner of the bar said he contacted Travelocity but they get the occasional person who booked with Travelocity looking for a room"

"I stayed there last month for 3nights. Overall is awesome! Their room is very clean and very comfortable. They also provide useful information that we need to know. The staff very friendly. Their location also easy to reach and easy for the Tuk Tuk pick up. Really recommended for those who really want a clean room with affordable price. The room we get is exactly same with what we are booking."
