Guest Houses in Preah Sihanouk

"Fabulous resort on one of the most beautiful beaches ever. The beach is very well maintained, the water is crystal clear, not choppy, not rocky. We could walk out into the water for quite a stretch before having to swim. The little bungalows are cute and decorated in a lowkey style. Showers were hot, AC worked well, wifi was good. Beds weren’t the most comfy but nothing to complain about. Restaurant has good food but the service needs vast improvement. If the restaurant was even remotely busy, you will be waiting a long time to get food and drinks. The staff are kind and trying their best, but it is obvious they have not been trained properly. Forgotten orders and drinks were a common occurrence, unfortunately. This was the only downside of the resort. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. "

"The staff were probably the best part - they were all so lovely and so friendly and helpful. The food is great - and very good value for what you get. Happy hour daily, activities for anyone to enjoy. It’s a great place for couples or for friends. "

"Stayed in a treehouse. They are rustic but also very dated and in need of a refurb. It looks like work may be about to start on that soon though. Disappointed to see the amount of rubbish in the water, mainly plastic waste. The accommodation is very rustic but also very basic but I would recommend people visit. "

"It’s really hard to fault this hotel…it’s practically perfect in every way. The resort is beautiful and natural, it fits so well into its beach location. The eco practices are spot on…the beach was full of fish swimming around you in the jade green waters, geckos were abundant and listening to the frogs, along with the waves on the beach is a wonderful way to fall to sleep. Both restaurants were beautiful offering great f & b…my partner especially loved the eggs Benedict made to order. Two minor criticisms (and I stress they are minor) are that there was no full length mirror in our room and that sun lounges by the pool were not in sync with the style/comfort of the rest of the resort. In finality this resort has become one of our favs and we cannot wait to return.."
