"Lovely hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and linen. Roof top pool is a bonus. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant at dinner is also very good even though you do pay a premium plus service and VAT. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside for me is that it is about a 15-20mins away from the centre by the riverside. As tuk tuks are so affordable and easily available this didn’t cause any issues. "

"Mis à part les blattes, toutes petites mais blattes quand-même, la télécommande de la télé dont les piles étaient mortes et le fait que le frigo avait été réglé sur le maximum ce qui nous a valu de retrouver nos fruits au petit déjeuner complètement congelés, mis à part ça nous avons trouvé une chambre agréable, propre et silencieuse, une literie excellente et un environnement plutôt agréable. Il suffirait qu'ils contrôles les chambres avant de les louer et ils gagneraient 3 étoiles de plus !!!...

"Room was ok. The fridge didn’t work very well and we had to ask management how to turn it on. When we pulled out the fridge to try and plug it in, it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. No soap, had to use shampoo instead. As for the rooftop bar, hasn’t been used in years ! "

"Very spacious, I love the minimalist modern look, I can sleep soundly and comfortably. Great staff! My room is on the 29th floor and I have a fear of heights. The staff are so helpful in accompanying me in the elevator going to my room and will also fetch me going down. Sometimes, I don't need to ask. Great value for money maybe due to location. There is no safety box in the room and breakfast is not so great. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for those who don't mind staying in high...

"It was nice that this hotel was close to the airport. We stayed on the 9th floor and it was quiet. The hotel was very very warm and the sheets were stained. We prearranged to have the hotel send a transport to the airport ($15 each way) but the driver was not there when we arrived for some reason. We got in late and were waiting at an airport in a new country even later. That was unfortunate but the staff was friendly. We left early the next morning for a flight out. "
