"Nice hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Room was very good. I liked the rooftop area with bar and very nice pool. Good location. It's very close to the red light district which has loads of bars and restaurants - not all are sleazy! Try Juniper Hotel bar on the 12th floor. Great views. It's on Street 130 (one street from Sun & Moon). Quay area is nice and Royal Palace is walkable."

"To start book the room for 1 week. When I called to book airport shuttle took 10 calls to reach anyone, then they wanted double normal price for shuttle $20. So I just got a tuk-tuk from airport only $8. When arrived at hotel and got in room the aircon did not work complained about for 2 days, never fixed.
