"Such a shame this is a tale of two halves. Staff all lovely, helpful and go out of their way to help you. The problem is in the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises and rooms inside and out. A lot of money has been spent on the rooms but not cleaned properly and why have a posh coffee water heater for beverages in room which you cant fill up under the tap???
