"Honestly the hotel was very nice. I was only staying the night but NY was so cold I was hopping that possibly they would let me check in at 3 but my room wasn’t ready. The front desk concierge told me that she would call me when my room was ready but never did so I checked in around 6. The room was beautiful and the view from my room as well."

"Hotel was OK (you get what you pay for ) The major issue was the heating unit that was located next to the bed . My best guess is there an internal door mechanism to close the vent once it reaches the set room temperature then stops running.
