"Wonderful property with amazing service within walking distance of all the shopping and tourism you could ask for. The hotel was undergoing renovations as we stayed but not once was it intrusive or made to lessen our experience. The rooms are old and the age shows, but again the hotel is mid renovation. I fully plan to return once its completed! The staff were kind and helpful and the area around the hotel is so quiet youd never expect to be right by the hustle and bustle."

"What a wonderful property filled with so much history. Stunning hotel. Great breakfast. Spacious room with your own sauna and jet bathtub. Great location with 5 minutes of the subway station. I’ll be staying here in my next trip to Tokyo. They even surprised us with some goodies to celebrate our honeymoon. Room service was great too. The restaurants are amazing. Top tier! "

I went to the desk regarding a security concern I had and they just shrugged their shoulders. If you're staying here, keep in mind the desk is just there to provide you towels. They do not care about you. "
