"This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, it's right in the heart of the loop next to the river walk. This trip I reserved two junior suites the rooms were spacious my only complaint was the bathroom. Very small counter space and the water pressure in the shower was not the best. The staff both at the front desk and parking area are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean, updated and has bars and restaurants onsite I higly recommend this hotel."

"Booked last minute for a great rate and it was awesome for the price! Impeccable service from the front desk. Room was small but clean. You can't beat the area, downtown Chicago was fantastic! Only downside was $53 a day to valet park and the old guy parking cars was irate I didn't give him cash and threw a very public fit. Others said the same. Besides that, our stay was great and I applaud the great staff at the front desk. Thank you!! We'll be back! "
