"If you would like to experience living in a 400 year old cottage, with many original features, surrounded by so much beauty and peacefulness, then this is the place for you! "Wow what a beautiful place. Fabulous room, huge comftable bed with modern bathroom and very refreshing power shower.The room was well stocked with lively teas, coffees and biscuits, no scrimping ! Following morning we had a really beautiful breakfast in a gorgeous breakfast room from a lovely friendly team. "Late arrival and early out but was still welcomed by Alice the owner. Breakfast was offered and even provided at an earlier time than normally given, for which I was very grateful. A great cooked breakfast kicked off my morning and soon I was on my way. This was a perfect location to break up a long North to South journey. Very pleasant indeed.
