"we booked for five days really enjoyed the food as it was fresh anc lots of options, resort was lovely and clean just the rooms were abit of a walk away from the resurant and wish aqua park had some heated pools as kids couldnt go in as was too cold the actual heated pool was to deep for younger kids other than that all good "

"The garden, the renovation of the old palace building, the swimming pool, the quality of housekeeping services, the room comfort are top, congratulations. The Food and Beverage dept needs to be better managed: breakfast at a palace cannot have old dry bread offered or uncooked and dry old potatoes in e - but in our case two mornings in a row- offered to customers. "Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...
