"A very peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There is a shuttle bus that takes us to and from the centre without extra charge which is very convenient. "Service was fantastic. It's a very cool property. Easy to get to and nice rooms. Breakfast was very light but good. As others have pointed out the beds are not great. The hot tub is not hot and has no heater. That was a disappointment. The heated pool was heated to a temperature that would be fine if it was 85f but in the 60s...it's a no. The rooftop area was great to chill. It's worth a stay."

Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room.
