"The rooms were huge, although looked quite worn but we got used to it, it also didn't have many basic amenities making things tricky, but the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't self service though and took a while to arrive, and when it did , it was underwhelming , we ended up eating out anyway. "

"Some reviews are very negative but I don’t understand how. The staff is SOOOO friendly. They let me check in 4 hours early with no charge, they did my laundry for me, even though it’s not a typical service, I stayed in two different rooms (I had two separate reservations) and both of them were very clean and cute. They even put flowers all over your room! Security was great and they got to know my face. But at first asked to see my room card when entering the property, which is how it should be....

"Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel on price and location. Parking is easy although I don’t advise renting a car as driving in Marrakech is...

"Really nice staff and convenient location in the middle of the Medina. One small complaint - I have a very strict “ no shoes rule “ in my room or wherever I stay and upon showing us our space the host just walked around the room and even into our shower with their shoes on. Little odd but not enough to be an issue. They had an AC unit in room which is always a plus! "

"Great location…you’re not located in the crazy part which is really nice. Walking distance to a strip of restaurants and where all the street food is located. Close taxi ride to Medina. We walked there it wasn’t too bad but we enough walking. But lots of cars to look out for The riad is little hard to find at first but it was night time and I think that’s normal in marrakesh. But once we found it, we never got lost . There’s a parking lot just about a 5 min walk from the riad. We paid him 10...

"Everything was good about the property with the exception the shower was draining slowly. I notified them the first day, and they sent a repairman. He told me it was fixed, but it still was not. They offered me another room, but I was too tired to move. That was the only negative about this hotel. The staff was very courteous but management should do quality checks frequently!"
