"The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The wifi signal (we stayed on the 4th floor) was terrible, I had to go do remote work in the lobby. Not a ton of places to eat dinner without a walk. Washer/dryer in the upgraded room were an added surprise. "

The staff were knowledgeable and courteous; the lobby is tastefully decorated and comfortable to lounge in for a drink or two after an eventful workday. Special shoutout to Michael, the hotel’s manager, for a surprise drink voucher during the week too! That was very kind. I look forward to staying here again on my next business trip."

"The hotel was in a very central location, with easy access to the airport and only a few minutes away from Alexanderplatz station. East walk to museum island too. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Berlin TV tower which was nice (sadly couldn’t see anything as it was very foggy but that is not the hotel’s fault). Staff were all friendly. The area late at night is not the best, with lots of rough sleepers so something to be aware of. I didn’t try the breakfast as, other than boiled...

"Rooms were well maintained, excellent water pressure and general amenities. Efficient check in and check out. Staff were all lovely. Walls are a tiny bit thin if someone is making noise in the corridor but you typically don't hear noise from the other rooms"
