"We had a great stay here! The staff were all very welcoming, very friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed! The hotel was just like the photos, such a nice feel to the place. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was just amazin! The service brilliant. We could not fault them! We also looked into most restaurants in old town, and It had to be one of the nicest settings we seen! "

"Lovely apartment with great facilities! Hard to get cases up without a lift etc. also no luggage storage so we had to pay for a local one but it wasn't too expensive! Only negatives noisy from people walking at time and no light on the first floor so when coming home late at night was quite dangerous! Very central location and they messaged when it's all ready with your code!"

Great location, and super helpful staff

"Stayed here for 3 nights in late November. As a solo traveller here to see the sights I only had a basic single room with no view, but it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. All the staff spoke very good English, which saved both them and me from my basic Polish. Check-in was welcoming and efficient. The sky-bar has superb views out over the river. I had a couple of meals and drinks there which were all very good and reasonably priced. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. Breakfast is a buffet style, with plenty of choices of both hot and cold food, and was always well stocked and good quality. The location was excellent, enjoying the view of the river and castle, but also being just a short walk into the old town area, and I felt perfectly safe walking alone late at night to and from. If I visit Kraków again, this is where I want to stay."

"Room was huge, clean and modern. Great loction for ease of access into old town and local amenities. Check in wad slightly delayed but we used the bar whilst we waited. The hotel was quiet, didnt even hear noise from the hallways. Food and drink were good with lots of options. "
