Staff fantastic, very helpful and friendly. We were in room 111 which was right beside the lift so it quite noisy at times. We were in a double room but it is actually two single beds side by side and two single quilts. The beds were also a bit lumpy. Overall a good stay but beds need updated.

Our fourth stay at this hotel and it was excellent as always. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff (especially Bart on reception) and a really good choice at breakfast and on the evening menu. The hotel is ideally located for shopping and sightseeing and we will definitely be back next December.

The hotel is in a lovely, convenient spot, only around 8 mins walk to the old town and is next to the river. Wawel Castle was right beside the hotel, which was so lovely light up at night and which could be viewed from the Sky Bar terrace. Some boats are restaurants and are covered in lights, which again looked lovely. I was given a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable and quiet and all the staff were generally very helpful. The sachets of coffee were a little hit and miss in the room, which ranged from 0-2 sachets. Not a major problem as I could have asked for some. I was going to miss breakfast on one occasion and the hotel kindly made me a lovely packed lunch to take with me. I would like to have had more variety for breakfast, but there was choice and plenty of it. I would certain recommend this hotel for it's warm welcome and it's quiet convenient location

Great location, and super helpful staff
Stayed here for 3 nights in late November. As a solo traveller here to see the sights I only had a basic single room with no view, but it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. All the staff spoke very good English, which saved both them and me from my basic Polish. Check-in was welcoming and efficient. The sky-bar has superb views out over the river. I had a couple of meals and drinks there which were all very good and reasonably priced. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. Breakfast is a buffet style, with plenty of choices of both hot and cold food, and was always well stocked and good quality. The location was excellent, enjoying the view of the river and castle, but also being just a short walk into the old town area, and I felt perfectly safe walking alone late at night to and from. If I visit Kraków again, this is where I want to stay.
