"Fantastic accommodation in a central location and very close to the main train station. Very comfortable and clean. A microwave would have been handy, but we managed without one. More English TV channels would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. "

"I loved how this was right outside the bus and train station, and also the mall with all the restaurants. It is in a very convenient location and very easy to check in to. My single room was very clean and comfortable, and throughout my travels back and forth to and from the east, I will most likely stay here considering it has everything I need, and the train station is literally right there. "The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

"Zdecydowanie odradzam. I polecam wczytać się dokładnie w ofertę. Uwaga na cenę!!! Do rezerwacji jest doliczana kwota 160 zł za sprzątanie. "I'm not usually one to write a review for much of anything. I found the hotel itself on Expedia very last minute, and it was cheap, so I wasn't expecting anything special. But this hotel provided so much value for what I paid. It was nestled into Krakow's Old Town, where I could easily walk to the main train station/there was a ton of stuff to do in the area. A bar that I met some friends at was just a couple of blocks away from the hotel. My room was clean, modern, and cozy. Even though I arrived at 1 AM, there was someone staffing the desk to check me in. I was trying to visit a place outside of Krakow the next day, and didn't know where/when I could catch a train. The person at the desk helped me with that, and gave me some recommendations for restaurants in the area. I was appreciative. I didn't expect that level of service for the price. On my last day, after I had checked out. I had an hour to kill before I left for the airport. I was able to sit in the lobby and chill out for that time. I guess in hindsight this is a courtesy pretty standard for most hotels, but to sum everything up, I was impressed by the kindness, friendliness, and overall standard of service at this hotel."

"Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10"
