"The apartment we staying in was lovely , comfortable, warm , clean. There was damage to the floor outside of the bathroom so the bathroom door could not close. "The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The team were very helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and well cared for. The only elements that could be improved were the bed was VERY firm and the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast tea was not replenished in the room and the towels were quite rough. All personal preference and didn’t massively impact our overall stay but for a 5 star hotel you would expect these things."
