The hotel was ok, nothing special. The room structure was weird as the bathroom is open plan and right next to your bed. I did not like this design as there is no privacy when using the bath. There was no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was ok, decent selection of food. The hotel location is great to get around for eating out, shopping and tours in Manchester. Tram and train stations are close by. I specially booked this hotel for the spa. The spa area is very small. Sauna room is decent size but steam room is very small - could probably only fit 2/3 people max. The massage I booked was excellent but if you are after a spa experience with a nice relaxing area, this is not the hotel for that.

Wonderful stay, clean rooms with some complimentary soft drinks in the room. Tv was small for the size room but it was fine. I found the sink being in the bedroom slightly odd and didn’t feel as private as other bathrooms. The pillows were poor quality, I have been suffering from a strained neck due to this since my return which was around a week and a half ago.

The check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful providing enough information ahead of time and during the stay. The parking was very close and very safe. The breakfast was tasty.
