"This was honestly one of the best hotel stays I have EVER had. The staff were so kind and accommodating, specifically Sasha at the front desk. The staff remembered our names and our room number making us feel so important. The room was incredible. Clean, comfy bed, massive tub and beautiful views all around. We have booked our wedding at this location and CAN’T WAIT! Thank you very much for having us and taking such good care of us. "

"Beautiful area, hard to get to unless you drive to it. Resort is far from being completed, tons under construction. No food or indoor restaurants nearby. Gym is open til 6pm and is an apartment with very little equipment. Front desk should be all handled online, they communicate through email even if youre late to check in. Hospitality is not the forte. Hiking is amazing on the coast."

"The condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was very central to downtown Victoria. The views were superior. The double bed was very soft and quite difficult to get into. By contrast, the futon like bed in the living room was very low and not completely even. All in all the accommodation was very good with a fine kitchen and superior laundry facilities. The only Serious downside was the overpowering smell of urine in the temporary check-in parking area. This must be cleaned up."

"Staff grumpy unfriendly. We reaerved Christmas Day Table but couldnt seat us due to overflow of guests then they told us that they were ou of turkey! Mice in room. Kitchen was fake with no utensils plates etc. Just a facade. Not recommend. "
