"In general my stay in the Hotel was excellent. Very close to Haram, friendly staff, and clean. I have two small comments, would not affect the total rate, are : 1. The property little old, things need to be renewed. 2. The restaurant is good with variety of choices, but it is not organized well. Food are scattered everywhere, you have to pass thru all the tables to find what you need."

"Excellent location, 5 mins from/to haram. Breakfast caters to all cuisines. Friendly staff. You can leave your bags with the concierge after check out to pick them later (if your flight/train is later than check out). Be mindful that they are works on the new extension, very closed to the hotel, so it can be noisy until 10/11pm"

"Beas sick when I landed in Saudi Arabia. My check in was 5 hrs away I requested the manager he was such a nice person . Upon seeing my condition they gave me a room ahead of time as an exception. This is true Hospitality Bravo to Ahmed "
