"We had a very comfortable stay here. It was close enough to walk into the downtown but far enough that it was quiet. The pool area was really nice and the breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and different dishes offered every day. "It's a nice property. Has that regal feel with oriental design elements everywhere. it's a larger hotel vs. a botique hotel so they have many amenities on site, and it's really well staffed. Property is kept up very well. I thought the pool area was a highlight as it has a nice view of the mountains in the background. I really liked their green pool towels. I never see that color anymore."

"Great breakfast with good variety. Super nice staff! Room was very nice and they gave us water bottles in the fridge every day. A great place to stay if you want to be just outside of Chiang Mai but still really close to all the markets and anything else you would want to walk to. "

Again~! In Shangri-La Chiang Mai

"Dear friends The joy of my first trip to Chiang Mai is still there, but it's already been almost a month. I'm a team leader in a service industry. I was already looking forward to Shangri-La's strict service because I had experience using Cebu Shangri-La, but the Shangri-La I felt this time was the best. The kindness and consideration of Ms. Piano, the lobby, and the front staff, who were lounge duty, touched me as well and made me feel all comfortable in the hotel. Everyone in my team listens to my love and praise in Chiang Mai and everyone is preparing for the trip to Chiang Mai. Shangri-La was the best and the most meaningful place in Chiang Mai. Thank you again for my daughter's dainty birthday cake and all the moments that gave her joy. Even if I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely choose Shangri-La. Thank you."
