"Really lovely hotel, well kept and looked after. Really good transport links to tube stations one bus stop literally a two minute walk from the hotel. London zoo isn’t far away either alongside the beautiful Regent’s Park perfect for a picnic and some sightseeing. The room itself was very clean with a comfortable king bed and modern bathroom, it was serviced regularly with a fresh large bottle of drinking water provided each day to pop in the fridge alongside biscuits for tea and coffee plus shampoo, soap and body wash. Air conditioning was really good and quiet we were able to use it throughout the night without it bothering us at all and the window could be opened for some fresher air if needed. On check out we could also leave our bags with the reception free of charge which were locked away in a safe keeping room until we were ready to leave. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Very nice. Had AIR CONDITIONING during a London heat wave. Loved having 3 distinct areas to sleep in. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Easy to hop on the tube (2 nearby). Tesco next door was great, as was Gregg’s. Wish they would have had paper towels…. "

"Staff was very professional. Check-in was easy. The flat was very nice. A/C worked wonderfully as it should, heated floors were pretty cool. The shower was great. Not a lot of shelf space/lighting in the bathroom. The kitchen had a basic outfitting of utensils and dishes and cups. The water and coffee were complementary. There was no dish towel or paper towels. The only complaint we had was the washer/dryer combo was not that efficient. It might have been operator error but I turned on the dryer 3 times for about 6hrs and clothes were still damp. So we asked the staff if they provided a laundry service. They said they could take care of it in which they did. However, what they didn’t tell us was that it was gonna be €79. Location was about three minutes from the tube station, which was also convenient. There were a variety of stores with a block to include restaurants and a market. Would recommend staying and would stay again. "
