"The property is unsuitable for many reasons; Not once was my room cleaned. Reception staff do not speak both italian and english there is one person who speaks english and works part time. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is toast and an option of stale pastries. The rooms are not sound proof, if you dont like to sleep then stay here because you can hear absolutely everything, people coming up and down the stairs the person next door phone notifications, not to mention the hotel do absolutely...

"The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. "Very nice property. Beautiful view from the large window. Staff was accommodating, property is a bit of a hike from the train but not too bad. Walking distance to the beach with restaurants to choose from. Downtown Napoli is about a 30 min train ride. I would stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb in the city. "

"We stayed here because we had tickets to the Napoli vs Roma game. The hotel is ideally located near the stadium. It was literally only a 3 min walk to the Maradona stadium. The hotel itself was simple but nice, with very helpful staff. There was breakfast in the morning with cappuccino and pastries. If we ever return to see another Napoli game, we would definitely stay at the Sun hotel. "
