"Loved this hotel. It was very easy to get too and easy to stay. Rooms very clean and stayed that way the whole time. Staff helped a lot when needed and were very welcoming. Will stay again if I get a chance."

"Stay was great, room & bathroom was great.
Needs some dressers or places to store item for longer stays.
Our total stay was 5 nights.
Good options for food in the area."
"Came to Queens for a wedding. It was an easy bus ride(Q90) to hotel from Laguadia Airport. Hotel was right across the street from shopping center. We were able to walk around to many stores to shop and eat. Hotel was clean, continental breakfast on the roof and very nice front desk staff. Will return to Starlight when we visit NYC. "
"The area looked a bit sketchy but the hotel was beautiful. We easily walked to the subway station and headed to the Mets game. Rooms were decent size and beds were super comfortable. First hotel I’ve ever been to that you can’t use the pool because there wasn’t a lifeguard. Every other hotel doesn’t have a lifeguard and we are responsible for ourselves so kids were disappointed with that. Valet parking was easy. No breakfast included. "
"Excellent staff and facilities. If you don’t mind walking a few blocks to the nearest subway station and if you also don’t mind the freight trains at night, this is a nice hotel to stay in New York City. Very accessible to the Long Island City Riverside parks. Good value overall. "
