"Absolutely Great Service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable, pool, hot tub and exercise room were great. We stayed at the hotel during the Grey Cup Weekend, despite being very busy the service was still exceptional. We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and will definitely be going back."

"The front desk people are amazing…very accommodating, helpful, and polite. The restaurant is charming, elegant but comfortable. The staff is attentive. The live music is very enjoyable and the volume is perfect…not too loud …so that you can still have conversation. The food is great. The expresso martinis are NOT good. Our Harbourfront room was beautiful, so comfortable, with a comfortable mattress and great pillows. It’s one of the few hotels that provides fresh towels every day! Thank you. "

"This place is yes, expensive. What you get is something like you would expect at a world class hotel. By the way there is one more thing. I have no idea who makes their mattresses, but they are simply the most comfortable beds you can find ... outside Europe. Centrally located for walking to everywhere. The only downer is they have demand pricing so weekends are more expensive. So be it."
