"Only 20 dollars parking at parking lot connected to Loews. No need to Valet! That’s great in LA. Clean, comfortable space. Good, expensive breakfast. Did double charge me minibar waters so I had to call after checkout, which was annoying but resolved. Recommend."

"Room was clean and comfortable, smelled clean, you can walk in the room without socks and I am very OCD about hotels, there are restaurants close by, the airport is right there at the hotel basically, they do have shuttle but I did not use it, they also have a restaurant downstairs but I went to Starbucks next door. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel has a great location. It is walking distance to Universal City Walk. The customer service is excellent. The only think I noticed was the carpets in the hallway looked a bit dirty and needed to be cleaned."
