We used the valet service, which saved us so much time and energy and was a huge comfort. The staff all around was so pleasant, helpful, and effcient. The room was clean, bright, spacious, comfortable. The lobby and bar were pretty and energetic. We didn't dine in the restaurant or order room service, but from what we saw the food looked good.

We were in Culver City for my daughter‘s 25th birthday trip to Disney. We stayed in a 12th fl suite that had so many issues, including: the heaters in both rooms did not work, the utility doors were open and presented a hazard, there were no bed linens for the pullout couch, our night table lamps were not working, and there was no furniture in the room to sit on. I called downstairs and was immediately connected to Napoleon and Joanna who carefully wrote down every issue we had and took care of everything immediately. They comped one night and provided Breakfast, and even sent up a bottle of champagne after fixing all of the complaints. We have stayed at this Hilton for more than 20 years and we love the facility, the breakfasts and the convenience to stores and our friends in So Cal. Special thanks and recognition should go to staff, Napoleon, Joanna, The Cleaning ladies, and even Vernon who made our lattes in the morning. We look forward to seeing everyone on our next trip to LA! Thank you for making everything alright for our 25th bday stay!
