The service was super helpful from the valet to the reception area. Hotel has a Starbucks inside and the coffee was great as well. The room was super spacious and clean, I would def recommend staying there and walking the downtown area specially at night so much to see and near restaurants and shopping stores

We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, beautiful and enjoyable. They had tons of things for people to do there and tons of things that were within walking distance. Saw lot of homelessness, which is sad and kind of concerning, but nothing against the hotel itself. We enjoyed the breakfast smoothie shots and being able to take a duck for a souvenir was the best! Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Loved that they provided a shuttle to the cruise terminal!

Perfect spot, will be booking again.... Everything was in walking distance or short ride to get to where you want to go and best part was you can jump in the scooter's cruise around or get to where you want to go I most definitely booking this hotel again very clean the staff was amazing no complaints

Very nice hotel, staff was very kind. A little expensive, especially for breakfast. But overall was a very nice clean stay. The elevators were a little tricky since you have to scan a card, however that was the hardest part of the whole stay.
