Very basic hotel as was to be expected with the price but very friendly and very clean with nice comfy beds. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was very basic but free consisting of toast,cereals,yoghurt, cheese and meat. Stayed for one night and for the price in this part of London i think it was really good value for money. Would definitely stay again

I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the hotel. While it is small, it is clean. More importantly, we were greeted with friendly staff (morning breakfast, reception and housekeeping). The hotel is located near to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. There are also buses to Victoria, Oxford, Covent Garden, etc. It is good value for money!

Was a nice stay, you get what you pay for. Little dirty, stains on the cover sheet and the breakfast was just deli meat, cheese and bread. Like I said, you get what you pay for, staff were fine, there were no issues, just needed a place to sleep and this hotel provided just that.

Got told I could check on 24hrs to be told when o got to hotel I couldn’t check in at 1pm. Could lock bedroom door, two towels between two of us, no hand towels or bath mat for floor, breakfast very basic

Room was very tired. Very noisy fan in bathroom. No soap at bathroom sink. Downstairs in basement. Very tatty and dusty. Woke up very early with furniture being moved around upstairs. Dining room too small for the amount of people in there. Nothing to eat for gluten free except yoghourt.

Close to Paddington Station and restaurants , breakfast basic, however ok, room clean and tidy, shower a little small, able to leave our cases before going out, downside when going to collect, could not get back into hotel as nobody on reception and we missed our train home, had to catch a later one.

The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable we stayed for 1 night so this was perfect for us The breakfast is very basic not much choice , we had toast and a yoghurt but I had read reviews prior so wasn’t expecting much I would recommend for a short stay

Breakfast was very ordinary! room was on top floor even though we had said we had lots of luggage. We had selected the room on a budget, so didn't expect it to be amazing, but it was pretty disappointing! Very basic.

Great value hotel for the price being close to Hyde Park and Paddington Tube Station. Lots of convenient restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. Be ready for climbing stairs due to older building and limited space it had no elevator (not an accessible property). Room was small but adequate and the bath had been remodeled with all new fixtures.
