Told me it was an old note and a new green note has been issued I got the note directly from an ATM machine, and I told her that she was definitely going to accept that note Checking with her manager, she told me she would They should never happen to guest to the hotel

The facilities were not welcoming. The rooms were not welcoming. Not comfortable price was too high. If you were there for one night it would have been ok but staying for 5 days it was not a place to relax in. Location to underground was great. Staff were very nice.

We loved our stay at Tower Suites. The property is right next to the Tower Hill underground station with the District and Central lines. Most of the time we didn’t have to change trains to get where we wanted to go. The only thing is there’s no particularly good restaurants super close. The restaurant in the hotel had good dinner but rather expensive. Breakfast buffet was good but pretty basic for £20. We only did it once. We stayed in executive superior king. Not a suite but room was plenty big for two people. Lots of storage and fridge was good size. Bed is definitely firm but we really like a firm bed so perfect for us. American King size. Bathroom was large, shower had amazing water pressure. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We loved our stay!
