Hotel is located on a pretty street. The bed sheets appeared to be stained. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk. The bed sheets were never changed for a 4 night stay.

The room was a literal closet. I could touch both side walls without fully extending both my arms. I had to climb across the bed to get to the door or the bathroom. The bathroom door opened up against the side of the bed. Early morning construction and banging on the walls and constant checks by housekeeping. Do they really need to come into my tiny room two or three times a day? They don’t even do daily cleanings so what are these people doing!?

Basic accommodations & would stay there again if needed. Room did not have any “extras” such as an iron or fridge. We stayed in a basement room & there was no lift (elevator) to get there, so it was difficult to navigate when traveling with luggage.

Enjoyed my stay
A superb stay, very smart hotel. Incredibly convenient for me and my work. A pity about the loud guests next door (had to bang on the wall a few times to shut them up at 11pm) - not the fault of the hotel but desperately frustrating. Otherwise clean with good amenities. Housekeeping switched over the slightly smelly towels in my room (again I suspect a one-off). Would definitely stay again. Very pleased with the overall product. Superb value for prime London location.
