Loved the large bathroom. The room was very good, with almost no noise from the pedestrian only street. Which in turn is a problem as taxis can not access the front of the hotel. Great to be close to Covent Garden.

Phenomenal staff who are very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. It was my birthday and they left a lovely card with a box of chocolates.
