Ruby Lucy hotel in London, the check-in service was terrific. Piotr made the process smooth and thorough. The attention and dedication in explaining the nearby points. I was fascinated with the room, very clean and aesthetic.

Issues with lighting in the bathroom.Could only have light on in bathroom if the room light was on Not good if you need to use bathroom in the night as I did. No information re operation of lights. Ridiculously small sink in the bathroom Good bar area.

We stayed at this property for 4 days in December 2024. While the location was great and the property itself is very nice, there were a few issues that significantly impacted our experience. First and foremost, we were without Wi-Fi in our room for the entire 4-night stay. While I understand occasional technical issues can occur, it was frustrating that this was not resolved during our time there. When we checked in, the maintenance staff arrived to address the Wi-Fi issue, which he said was a recurring problem from the previous tenants. After notifying the front desk that the WIFI was still not working on the day of check in, we were told various things, including that it had been fixed or that they were aware of the problem but there was nothing that could be done at that time or for the rest of our time there it turned out. It felt like our concerns were not taken seriously, and the responses we received seemed repetitive and impersonal. We were also informed that they could not move us to another room due to the property being fully booked, which added to the frustration. It's unfortunate that, this issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Additionally, I was surprised by the layout of the property. To access our room, we had to walk through a bar area, which felt a bit strange. There is no front desk area.The bar staff, didn’t seem to engage with us in a welcoming way. A simple greeting or acknowledgement could have gone a long way to further the enjoyment of a holiday.

Love this place. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. We had an early flight and we were able to check in early. We were lucky that the room was already available. Will surely stay here again!

The accommodation was lovely with everything being clean and comfortable, my only downside was the slow service in the bar, on our first night we ordered food and drinks, and the drinks took longer to prepare than the food, and anytime after that we order drinks it was really slow

Our stay was good, coffee/tea facilities would be better in the room, the TV rarely worked, electrical issues they were trying to sort, had to ask staff to come up and sort when we wanted to watch TV. Bathroom could also do with a curtain, didnt really want to see my partner on the toilet. Staff helpful, nice hotel just a few niggles.

I initially had a good experience, but my stay was marred by a series of unacceptable incidents. On both mornings, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 AM, despite the Do Not Disturb sign being clearly displayed. On the first day, they even opened the door without waiting for a response. How outrageous and completely inappropriate is this? Additionally, I decided to extend my stay by one extra day and spoke to the receptionist to confirm the payment. She assured me there was nothing more to settle. However, the following morning, I was abruptly woken up by a loud knock at the door, as if it were an emergency. When I opened it, staff claimed I hadn’t paid and insisted I go downstairs immediately to settle the bill. To make matters worse, they even implied that “other guests have left without paying,” which was both disrespectful and insulting. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for guests is completely unacceptable!

I loved everything about the hotel, employees Guilherme and Gustavo so friendly a support staff. Good drinks and food and lovely breakfast and closer to everything like best tourist points
