Overall rating: 1.5/5 I’m truly baffled by the 4-star rating of this hotel. The property is in terrible condition. There were leaky showers, stained carpets, and even a water leak on the 3rd-floor hallway ceiling. To make matters worse, the hallway carpet had bleach stains. The staff was also unhelpful and seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of service. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

We had an early morning flight into London. When we arrived at the hotel to drop off our luggage, they actually had our room ready. We were able to check in at 7:30 AM. The room was spotless and and the bed very comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future.

The property was quiet, safe and staff was very friendly. Overall a very comfortable stay. My only criticisms are: The scent in the entrance smells like a very strong and overwhelming cologne. It was terrible! And elevators were very slow.

The room was a good size, and we had a nice view of the London Eye and Parliament, however, the room itself showed wear and tear, none of the cupboards closed properly, and some of the walls were dirty. We asked for housekeeping throughout our 5 night stay, and did not receive any after our first day. We mentioned this to the front desk only to come back to our room later to find a stack of towels and a handful of coffee packets just left right inside our door, nothing done inside the room. They have the refill bottles for shampoo/conditioner/body wash, but our body wash in the shower ran out 2 days in and was never refilled. As I VIP member with Expedia I did not receive any of my benefits. When I inquired myself about a room upgrade the person helping us just said I would lose the view I had paid for, but it seemed more like she just couldn’t be bothered. The location was great, both for walking to sites, and access to the Tube and train system though.

I had a pleasant stay overall, though the bathroom had some mold that could use attention. The hotel’s location is excellent - just a short walk from the subway station and major attractions like the London Eye and Big Ben. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially to my son, creating a memorable experience for him. They were also kind enough to extend our checkout time by an hour, which we really appreciated. However, the food could use some variety, as it was the same throughout my 6-day stay. Despite these minor issues, the warm hospitality and prime location made our stay enjoyable.

We loved everything about this hotel, from the friendly and professional staff, the cleanliness of all areas and the convenient location. The hotel is great for families with kids receiving an activity pack when we checked in and the breakfast having so many options suited to all ages and tastes. Despite being in such a central location the room was absolutely silent at night with no traffic noise at all. Best of all, our little daughter with a nut allergy was treated with understanding and kindness by the supervisor at breakfast and was able to chose whatever she wanted to eat from the buffet prepared separately just for her. This made for a really relaxed and happy experience for us all. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here. For first time London visitors, this was close to all transportation, walkable to attractions like the London Eye and Big Ben, and the food nearby was delicious. The staff (namely Andrei) were very friendly and kind. We will be staying here again.

Not great for the price. Also, taxi and Uber service was challenging due to not having a place for pick up. You have to walk across a busy road to the other Park Plaza for taxis and rides.
