"I had to walk up the stairs as I can not use the lift the staff in the stripe T Shirts where fantastic with me helping me walk up 7 flights of stairs . I did request a lower floor but they didn’t get the message . It was keeping me fit . Absolutely loved the hotel they charged £200 deposit for the family room .
