"Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

"We were attending a concert at EVENTIM APOLLO in Hammersmith and stayed for 1 night only . It was close by , about 15 minute walk in one direction and the Westfield shopping centre in the other direction . Plenty of places to eat nearby .The staff were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs . They were not offering beakfast due to works being done in the kitchen ."

"What a gem to find this awesome hotel! Right next to Westfields and the underground and excellent bus routes. Spotlessly clean! Large screen TV and the bonus of having a small fridge in the room. Single rooms are on the road side of the hotel so expect some road traffic noise as well as pedestrian noises but not too bothersome as the size and facilities suited me. Staff couldn't be more helpful! Have already booked my next stay 😊"
