"Stay was very good. Hotel was warm and welcoming on a coldish day. Staff were friendly the room was clean and well furnished. The breakfast was top notch and I will be returning because on top of everything that was good, the price was very reasonable. "

"Building Work: Not told at booking that I would be woken daily ay 8AM due to renovation works. Electrical wire dangling in main corridor upon arrival, major health and safety breach. House Keeping: Didn't have room cleaned during all of my stay, kitchen utensils were dirty and the pots/pans in the unit were thick with dust. Had to clean before using any of the kitchen. Rude Staff: During whole stay I only met one member of staff who deserved genuine praise; I didn't catch her...
