This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. Closest shop about 200 metres away. Supermarkets a short bus ride away. This is my second stay here. Fair warning, there is no lift so if you want something without stairs you'll need the ground floor, which is NOISY - not their fault, but cars, drunks, smokers, everyone makes noise outside your window. It's a price I'm prepared to pay for the convenience, cleanliness and friendliness, though.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our 4 bedroom dorm was very clean and the bunk beds were comfy. Tube station across the road and a direct bus to Wembley stadium. Very convenient and good value for money.

Stayed for a concert at Wembley and this was perfect location, easy to get to and from even late I’m not sure what some of the people on here are moaning about, it’s less the £20 per person so it’s more there expectations that need adjusting then the hotel/hostel itself

I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. The shower was excellent as you're able to turn it on and adjust the heating and shower head. There are some power sockets in the room I was staying there was two point by door and another two by the bed opposite me. Honestly for the amount i paid it's the best room and best place i've stayed while being down near wembley. I would stay again if i'm still in the age bracket as sadly im quite close to the cut off but i would recommend it for anyone.

Excellent stay! Staff was amenable to needs of guests. Everyone worked together to provide best for guests. From the lovely young people in registration to those working the breakfast/snacks, to maintenance & cleaning staff; all were amazing and worked very hard. It would do well to remember this is a hostel and NOT a hotel. If you are not clear on what to expect at a hostel, you may have difficulties as some expressed in other reviews. I look forward to my next visit as its directly across from a train and a bus station. Great location!
