We had an excellent stay. The property was clean and the staff was kind. Our room was small, but the bed was comfortable & the air conditioning was excellent. We loved the location as well, short walk to the train station along with ionic London sights. Highly recommend this property.

The location was superb! We were within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, theaters, and many shops and restaurants. The suprise bonus was that the Hop On and Off Buses picked up basically at the doorstep. The hotel was on a quiet street away from the crowds. The restaurant was a great place for breakfast and dinner - reasonably priced and fantastic staff.

Good location, mostly nice people, BUT, tiny room, bed up against the wall, so you must access from the end or crawl over your partner, closet about 8 inches wide with only 3 hangers, No water glasses, No safe, No refrigerator, No wash cloths, No luggage rack, No phone. When we asked for ice to chill medicine, the bar manager tried twice to refuse. The bartender told him it was required, so eventually we got the ice.
