The staff were absolute gems and super comfortable beds, warm temperatures, and easy to get to central London. The overall hotel could use a refresh and remove all the carpet from the hotel rooms as well as add some new paint colors and in-room furniture. I also think the main reception area could use a makeover and more people would sit and have breakfast etc.

My daughter and I shared a twin room and had a lovely stay. The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly and the facilities were good. Breakfast included many tasty options plus gluten free options were readily available 👍. Would definitely book again…..thank you for such a lovely stay

Stayed here a few years ago and found it perfect for what I needed. A short in transit period with easy accessibility to Heathrow airport and central London. It’s a pleasant hotel and close to many restaurants and convenient.

Super staff - Management poor customer service
A curates egg. Nice hotel lovely room and bed. Receptionist fantastic taking 30.mons to get us into room inc change a lock but she was lovely. However ... When I booked I meant to have cancel option. But booked no cancel. I called hotels.com in less than 1 hour who agreed theyd support a change but needed hotel to agree. Hotel said no. We escalated and next day "management" refused change booking to cancellable offering option of change date. Poor. At checkin it took over 30 mins to get into our room. The receptionist was lovely and ended up changing the electronic lock. She was amazing. Next morning I did mention our experience and suggested maybe you could let one of us have breakfast as a gesture. The receptionist said no we cannot do that. I said could be speak to manger. He went behind and came back .. answer no. Managements attitude leaves me disappointed. Poor customer attitude.

Xanadu is a lovely boutique hotel, superbly located close to transport, shops, restaurants, bars, tube and mainline stations , bus stops and parks. It has welcoming, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable beds, quite rooms, efficient Air con, powerful shower , complimentary water and tea/ coffee biscuits in room . and its a great place to stay

Great Hotel in West London Close to Trains/buses
Had a great stay at this hotel. The bar next door is a blast and there are great places to eat nearby. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and water pressure was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good, and had good food.

The room and hotel were attractively decorated and clean. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough about the capacity that Kelly, front desk, displayed. She anticipated possible needs and stepped in without prompting.
